Abhinav Akhouri

As Chief Technology Officer of Urban Logic Development, Abhinav Akhouri leads the firm’s technology strategy, overseeing enterprise transformation, business intelligence, and digital infrastructure. With a rigorous, agile-driven approach to planning and execution, he focuses on building scalable platforms that enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable business value.

Abhinav specializes in large-scale technology initiatives, having successfully directed globally distributed teams in cloud migration, application modernization, and system integration. His expertise bridges the gap between complex technical environments and high-level business strategy. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with C-suite leadership to define long-term visions, delivering multimillion-dollar programs on schedule and within budget.
Prior to joining Urban Logic Development, Abhinav held key roles in data innovation and delivery management. He is credited with modernizing enterprise systems, consolidating siloed data into centralized cloud repositories, and creating dashboards that support executive visibility and strategic planning. His leadership style is grounded in transparency, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Abhinav holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, where he served as Class President, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida International University. He is also a certified SAFe Scrum Master and Product Owner.
