Situated at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, the Aston Martin Residences is a striking addition to the Downtown Miami skyline, standing as the tallest all-residential building south of New York City. The 66-story tower, developed by G&G Business Developments, features a distinctive sail-shaped silhouette designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger to reflect its waterfront setting where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay. The building comprises 391 luxury condominiums, ranging from one-to-five-bedroom residences to extensive penthouses, all offering panoramic views of the ocean and city. A defining feature of the property is its direct access to the water, boasting a full-service superyacht marina that underscores its connection to a nautical lifestyle.

Inside, the project translates the automotive brand’s legacy of craftsmanship into physical space, with common areas and amenities designed by Aston Martin’s creative team led by Marek Reichman. The interiors utilize signature materials such as carbon fiber, polished wood, and hand-stitched leather to evoke the tactile experience of the marque's grand tourers. Residents have access to "Sky Amenities" spanning four levels (52-55), which include a curated art gallery, a two-story fitness center, a virtual golf simulator, movie theaters, and an infinity pool deck offering sweeping views. The crown jewel of the development is the triplex penthouse, a lavish residence that famously included the rare, track-only Aston Martin Vulcan as part of the purchase package.

Role: As Estimator via HJ Foundation, a Keller company, Santiago played a pivotal role in the successful execution of a complex deep dry excavation project located directly adjacent to the Miami River. He was responsible for the intricate design and cost estimation required to manage the site’s challenging high water table and specific geotechnical conditions. Through his precise calculations and strategic planning, Santiago ensured the feasibility of the foundation system, ultimately leading to the safe and successful installation of a dry excavation pit in one of Miami’s most demanding construction environments.
