Elijah Jones serves as the Director of Real Estate Development & Financial Strategy at Urban Logic Development, where he leads underwriting, financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and capital planning across mixed-use, affordable housing, and community-focused developments.
 

With a career anchored in high-level financial planning and analysis at global investment management firms and large-scale acquisitions for private equity-backed platforms, Elijah brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to evaluating opportunities and optimizing project performance. His experience includes executing development strategies for prominent national developers, ensuring precision in high-stakes environments.

 

Throughout his career, Elijah has supported more than $4B in combined real estate and platform-level assets, directing market research, risk assessment, deal execution, and financial oversight for complex projects in urban and emerging markets. His background in Army Special Operations further strengthens his leadership, discipline, and operational precision—qualities that define his approach to development.

 

Elijah holds master’s degrees in Real Estate Development & Urbanism and Construction Management from the University of Miami, as well as an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
