Fabian Rojas

Fabian Rojas serves as an Investments & Acquisitions Analyst at Urban Logic Development, where he drives the evaluation and execution of the firm’s multifamily and mixed-use development pipeline. Specializing in financial feasibility and market analytics, Fabián is responsible for detailed pro forma modeling, zoning and entitlement analysis, and the preparation of investment materials for stakeholders. He works closely with senior leadership to structure transactions and advance projects from initial underwriting through the pre-development phase.

 

Prior to joining Urban Logic, Fabian underwrote over $100 million in real estate development projects across Miami. He also brings hands-on experience in commercial operations and asset management from his time in Puerto Rico, where he analyzed affordable housing strategies and construction costs.

 

Fabian is currently completing a B.S. in Economics–Finance at Bentley University. A Gilman Scholar and licensed Puerto Rico Real Estate Broker, he serves as Senior Advisor of the Bentley Real Estate Group and hosts the Student of Real Estate podcast. He brings bilingual fluency and analytical rigor to the firm's mission of delivering high-quality, impactful projects.
