Nicolas Moreno

Nicolas Moreno serves as Vice President of Capital Markets at Urban Logic Development, bringing over 13 years of experience in capital formation, investment advisory, and development support across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America.

In this role, Nicolas leads the firm’s capital strategy, overseeing debt and equity placement, deal structuring, and investor relations. He is responsible for optimizing the capital stack for the firm's developments and identifying cross-border investment opportunities that align with Urban Logic’s growth objectives. His background in development support allows him to uniquely bridge the gap between investment goals and project execution, ensuring capital partners are aligned with asset milestones.

Nicolas holds a Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
