Engaged through LATORRE’s consulting division, Santiago serves as the primary liaison between ownership, the design team (KORA/ADACHE), and the City of Fort Lauderdale. His mandate is to secure all necessary land use approvals, zoning variances, and site plan endorsements, ensuring the 22-story ultra-luxury vision moves seamlessly from concept to permitted reality while mitigating regulatory risk.
