Selene Oceanfront Residences is a twin-tower, 27-story luxury condominium development rising along Fort Lauderdale Beach. Designed by Kobi Karp, the project features a modern glass façade, expansive private terraces, and floor-to-ceiling glazing capturing unobstructed ocean and Intracoastal views. Interior programming by IDDI emphasizes contemporary coastal luxury with open layouts, elevated finishes, and a curated amenity offering that includes dual resort-style pool terraces, wellness and fitness studios, co-working lounges, a theater, golf simulator, and over 5,400 sq. ft. of activated restaurant space at the ground level. With 194 private residences, 482 structured parking spaces, and over 732,000 square feet of total program area, Selene stands as the tallest residential building on Fort Lauderdale Beach and a flagship example of next-generation oceanfront luxury.

Role: As Owner’s Representative, Dan served as the developer’s direct extension, leading every critical phase of the project from pre-construction through closeout. He oversaw design coordination, entitlement strategy, schedule and cost controls, and contractor alignment to ensure the development advanced with precision. Acting as the central liaison between ownership, architects, engineers, consultants, and the general contractor, Dan safeguarded the project’s vision, protected financial targets, and maintained disciplined progress against milestones. His leadership ensured that design intent, constructability, procurement, and execution remained fully integrated — resulting in a seamless progression from concept to delivery.
