The building blends luxury residential living with full-service hospitality: the lower portion houses a 238-room Hyatt Centric hotel, along with 8,080 sq. ft. of activated retail, a spacious lobby lounge, and a full ballroom and meeting suite totaling 6,000 sq. ft. Above, 113 private condominium residences which feature open layouts, floor-to-ceiling glazing, contemporary European-style kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, and expansive terraces offering panoramic river, ocean, and downtown views.

Amenities include a dedicated 21,100-SF elevated amenity deck, private resident pool terrace, fitness center, clubroom, owner’s lounge, and direct access to the active dining, arts, and entertainment district that defines Las Olas Boulevard. With nearly 879,000 gross sq. ft., the tower stands as one of Kolter Urban’s most ambitious vertical developments, integrating hospitality, luxury living, and urban vibrancy under one signature expression.

Role: As Owner’s Representative, Dan served as the developer’s direct extension, leading every critical phase of the project from pre-construction through closeout. He oversaw design coordination, entitlement strategy, schedule and cost controls, and contractor alignment to ensure the development advanced with precision. Acting as the central liaison between ownership, architects, engineers, consultants, and the general contractor, Dan safeguarded the project’s vision, protected financial targets, and maintained disciplined progress against milestones. His leadership ensured that design intent, constructability, procurement, and execution remained fully integrated — resulting in a seamless progression from concept to delivery.
