Muze at Met Square is the residential tower completing the final phase of the Metropolitan Miami master development in Downtown Miami. Rising approximately 43 stories above a multi-level podium, the project delivers 391 luxury rental residences with contemporary interiors, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and expansive views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay.
The tower sits atop a highly activated podium featuring two levels of retail and restaurant space and a Silverspot luxury cinema with up to 19 screens and a 1,778-seat auditorium, creating a vertically integrated, live–work–play environment that connects residential living with dining, entertainment, and cultural uses.
An elevated amenity deck provides residents with a resort-style pool, fitness and wellness facilities, spa-style relaxation areas, business and co-working spaces, resident lounges, game rooms, and pet amenities—designed to capitalize on views while reinforcing an urban, hospitality-driven lifestyle.
Role: While at Suffolk Construction, Dan served as Project Manager for Avant at Met Square, overseeing execution of a complex, high-rise mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Miami. His responsibilities included day-to-day project management from pre-construction through closeout, encompassing schedule and cost control, subcontractor coordination, procurement oversight, and quality assurance.
Dan worked closely with the ownership team, design consultants, and trade partners to ensure alignment with design intent, constructability requirements, and budgetary targets. He played a key role in coordinating vertical construction above an active mixed-use podium, managing sequencing and logistics in a dense urban environment, and maintaining disciplined progress against critical milestones—contributing to the successful delivery of a landmark residential tower within a major master-planned development.
