The development blends hospitality-driven residential design with comprehensive healthcare services, creating a setting that promotes independence, wellness, and long-term security. Residential buildings, amenity spaces, and care facilities are unified through cohesive architecture and campus planning, supporting a dignified and lifestyle-focused approach to senior living. Sinai Residences offers an amenity-rich environment comparable to a luxury resort, curated to support active, social, and wellness-oriented living.

 

Campus amenities include multiple dining venues with chef-supervised culinary programs, indoor and outdoor resort-style pools, spa and salon facilities, a full-service fitness and wellness center, movie theater, art studio, library, resident lounges, game and recreation rooms, landscaped courtyards and garden terraces, cultural and communal gathering spaces, and valet and garage parking with EV-ready infrastructure. Role: While at Suffolk Construction, Dan served as Project Manager for Sinai Residences, overseeing construction execution within an active senior living campus. His responsibilities included schedule and cost management, subcontractor and consultant coordination, procurement oversight, quality control, and closeout activities, with careful attention to operational continuity and resident safety.

Dan worked closely with the ownership group, design team, campus leadership, and trade partners to manage complex construction logistics, integrate residential, amenity, and healthcare components, and maintain disciplined progress against project milestones. His role contributed to the successful delivery of a sophisticated, hospitality-driven senior living community within a highly regulated and mission-oriented institutional environment.
