Dan Corp is the co-founder of Urban Logic Development, a visionary real estate development firm dedicated to shaping the future of urban living through innovative, high-quality projects across South Florida and beyond. With over a decade of experience managing complex residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments, Dan brings a developer’s vision and a builder’s precision to every phase of a project—from entitlements to execution.

Dan’s passion for construction and design was sparked early in life, influenced by his grandfather, Ivan Garshelis—a renowned mechanical engineer celebrated for his innovation in electromagnetic systems. That foundation of engineering excellence and creative problem-solving continues to guide his approach to real estate development today.

At Urban Logic Development, Dan leads with a commitment to thoughtful design, long-term value, and the highest standards of execution. He is deeply involved in every aspect of development—from project feasibility and planning to design coordination, construction oversight, and investor relations.

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and is a licensed general contractor. As co-founder of Urban Logic Development, he is focused on creating impactful, enduring projects that elevate communities and deliver meaningful results for residents, partners, and investors alike.
