As Co-Founder of Urban Logic Development, he applies a multidisciplinary lens to the industry, merging the precision of civil engineering with sophisticated financial underwriting to deliver sustainable, high-impact urban projects.

Santiago’s expertise balances architectural excellence with rigorous execution. He has held high-level management roles for major South Florida developers, successfully directing the delivery of over 1,500 residential units. With a deep foundation in technical execution, he previously honed his expertise at a multinational construction firm, overseeing more than $2.5 billion in ground-up mixed-use projects. His diverse portfolio spans the United States, the Caribbean, and South America, ranging from iconic multi-family towers and world-class resorts to complex island terraforming.

Uniquely, Santiago is also a recognized expert in soil mechanics. He previously led teams for a global soil improvement firm, executing over 400 projects totaling $1.9 billion—a technical background that provides him with a distinct advantage in site acquisition and risk mitigation. Santiago holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, and a Master of Real Estate Development & Urbanism from the University of Miami.
