Santiago Rodriguez is a visionary entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience operating at the intersection of PropTech, ConTech, and ClimateTech. As Co-Founder of Urban Logic Development, he applies a multidisciplinary lens by merging civil engineering precision with financial underwriting to deliver sustainable high-impact urban projects.

Santiago's expertise is centered on delivering exceptional projects that balance architectural excellence with thoughtful execution. His core skills include site acquisition, deal structuring, underwriting, and overseeing all phases of development. He has played a key role in shaping complex mixed-use, residential, and hospitality projects that enhance communities and drive long-term value.

Santiago has held high-level management roles for major South Florida developers, where he successfully directed the predevelopment of over 1,500 residential units. He has a deep foundation in technical execution, Santiago honed his expertise with a multinational construction company and a multinational ground improvement company. He has experience working in the US, the Caribbean and South America. In these capacities, he led teams and executed on over 400+ projects.

Santiago holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, and a Master of Real Estate Development & Urbanism from the University of Miami.
